The Archetipo Team had the pleasure to interview Jordy & Kim, one of the ten finalist couples of Archetipo’s “Brides & Grooms” 2013 Photo Contest.

We congratulate the newlyweds from Belgium for getting to the final stage of the contest, and we invite all the readers of Archetipo Blog to read their special love story…

Where and when did you meet?
Jordy: “Each of us had a friend (mine male, Kim’s female) who were in a couple. Kim just said she would cheer me up, in which she did a great job. Hence we are together and happily married! We had our first date in her restaurant.”

Tell us about your first date or meeting…
Jordy: “I went to her restaurant to have a drink. When I ordered an Irish coffee, she threw me out not knowing that it was in fact the same person she called the week before.”

What was the first thing you thought about the other?
Jordy: “What beautiful eyes!”
Kim: “What a hottie!”

And today? What do you think about the other?
Jordy: “We will grow old together.”
Kim: “I should have met him 10 years before.”

What’s in your immediate future plans?
Jordy: “Honeymoon in Venezia! (thanks to you)”

Dedicate each other a love sentence…
Jordy: “Ti amo! Sei la mia princepessa.”
Kim: “I love you with every fibre of my being.”
